Term Dates and School Contact Details
| Term Dates These term dates apply to all schools and colleges unless otherwise stated. Teacher Training Days Teacher availability is set at 195 days. Schools have to select five teacher training days in addition to the these term dates. These should either be taken out of term time or disaggregated. PLEASE NOTE THAT JANUARY 4 HAS BEEN AGREED AS AN ADDITIONAL NON-CONTACT DAY FOR 2011 FOR STAFF, GIVING RUTLAND MAINTAINED PRIMARY SCHOOLS 189 WORKING DAYS.
Bank Holidays that fall within the school term are shown within the term they occur. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAY HALF TERM IN 2012 HAS BEEN MOVED TO ACCOMMODATE THE PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR THE QUEEN'S DIAMOND JUBILEE AND EXAMS WILL BE HELD IN THE LAST WEEK OF MAY.
