Executive Summary

Rutland's Statement of Intent is to improve the well-being and achievements of children and young people across the five Every Child Matters outcomes by successfully integrating services, in partnership, with an emphasis on early intervention, preventative action through excellent safeguarding procedures and by promoting welfare.

This Statement of Intent has been endorsed by the Rutland partners and stakeholder groups.
