Our facilities include libraries at Oakham, Uppingham, Ketton and Ryhall; a mobile library & children's centre; Rutland County Museum; and Oakham Castle.

Our services include supporting Active Recreation and Sports; Arts; Tourism, Market Towns and Communications.
