A Personal Search is an inspection of the Local Land Charges Register. 

The Local Land Charges Register is available to persons wishing to carry out a Personal Search between 09.30 and 16.00 hours on normal working days.  Appointments should be made with the Land Charges Section.    It is the responsibility of the person carrying out the Personal Search to identify the land/property and to make any note of information held on the register.  For further information please see arrangements for access to Con 29 information.
