It's extremely easy to purchase tickets for Live@The Museum.

Tickets go on sale as soon as an event is confirmed.

Buying tickets online is the easiest way to secure your place at Live@The Museum. Using our secure ticketless booking system (in partnership with WeGotTickets) you buy your tickets online, receive a confirmation number, and then present this reference to gain entry (much the same system as some low-cost airlines).

To book tickets in person, please visit Rutland County Museum between 10.30am and 5.00pm (Tuesday - Saturday).

Please note that Rutland County Museum can only accept cash payments for tickets. We regret that we are currently unable to accept credit/debit cards.

You can of course simply turn up before your chosen performance and purchase tickets (cash payments only).

Any event that is sold out will be advertised as such on this website and you can check before travelling on 01572 758 440.

All sales are final. No refunds are available unless an event is cancelled or postponed. We will offer refunds of the full face value of the tickets for shows that are cancelled or postponed. No refunds are offered on any service or convenience fees.

To receive a refund for a cancelled or postponed show, contact us at boxoffice@rutland.gov.uk within 3 days of event cancellation and mark the subject line “refund”. Instructions will be provided in order to obtain your refund. If you physically have the tickets, all tickets must be returned.
