Rutland County Council together with Ordnance Survey© can now offer you a site-centred, detailed mapping service of Great Britain that you control. This service is managed and maintained by Planning Support.

You tell us what your map is for, how it will be used, and how you want it delivered and we, as an OS Mapping and Data Centre, we will ensure that you get a customised mapping solution that matches your requirements through the highest possible service.

As OS products are so flexible, we can provide solutions to businesses and consumers, from architects to homeowners. Whether you want large-scale maps showing individual building outlines, colour maps to clearly illustrate a landscape, or small extracts of large-scale mapping for planning applications, every option is available. You can be assured that the mapping information you receive is the very latest available, with nearly 5,000 updates made every day.

We will work closely with you to choose the right map, scale and content to meet your needs. Depending on the most suitable product for you, we can further customise your map by extracting only your area of interest, for example, railways and rivers, or highlighting a specific area. Your map can then be plotted onto paper, produced as a standard digital image file on CD-ROM, or supplied in DXF™ for CAD users.

It can be delivered to you by post, email or collected in person.
