Supplementary Planning Guidance
The following supplementary planning guidance has been adopted by the Council and 'saved' under the Planning & Compulsory Purchase Act 2004:
Other guidance previously adopted by the Council has not been saved but may continue to have some weight as a material consideration in the determination of of planning applications. Further details are contained in the Local Development Scheme.
The Council has previously adopted Housing Development Briefs for sites allocated in the Rutland Local Plan and Village Design Statements.
