Site Allocations and Policies Development Plan Document (DPD)

The purpose of this document will be to identify specific sites to be allocated for housing and other types of development and to set out detailed planning policies for determining planning applications in Rutland.

The initial Call for Sites consultation took place in August-September 2010. This stage of the consultation is now closed.

Consultation on the Issues and Options version of the document took place in September-November 2011.  This stage of the consultation is now closed.

The Council has published a Summary of Consultation Responses document which summarises the main issues raised in the Issues & Options consultation.

The next stage of consultation will be on the Preferred Options version of the document.
