Potential Employment Sites Assessment
The Council has commissioned an assessment of potential employment sites in Rutland. This study supplements and take account of the County Council’s Employment Land Assessment (July 2008) and Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (November 2008).
The study assesses potential employment sites put forward by landowners, developers and the public following a public consultation exercise in January/February 2008.
The study provides evidence to inform preparation of the Council's Local Development Framework. Inclusion of a site in the study does not imply it will be allocated for employment uses or that planning permission will be granted.
