Directions of Growth Appraisals
An appraisal of land adjoining Oakham and Uppingham has been carried out in order to inform the selection of the preferred development options in the Core Strategy Development Plan Document.
The purpose of the appraisal is to allow comparison between potential directions of growth and to highlight any issues of particular concern. All the land immediately adjoining Oakham and Uppingham has been assessed in terms of a range of environmental, social and economic factors.
