Inspector's Report
The Examination into the soundness of Rutland County Council’s Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD) was conducted by Mr Robert Yuille, the Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, between 21st and 25th March 2011.
The Inspector’s Report, dated 26th May 2011, which includes some recommended changes to the DPD; finds the Core Strategy DPD sound. The Core Strategy DPD incorporating the Inspector’s recommendations will be reported to Full Council on 11th July 2011 with a recommendation for adoption.
Copies of the Inspector’s Report may be viewed below, at Rutland County Council Offices and at Oakham, Uppingham, Ketton and Ryhall Libraries during normal opening hours.
