Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD)

 

The Core Strategy DPD was adopted by Rutland County Council on 11th July 2011.

 

The document sets out the vision, objectives, spatial strategy and policies for development in Rutland up to 2026.  It applies to the whole of the administrative area of Rutland County Council.

 

It was found to be sound following a Public Examination held from 21-25 March 2011.  The recommendations of the Inspector and the reasons for those recommendations are contained in the Inspector's Report.

 

The adopted document, which incorporates the binding recommendations of the Inspector, can be viewed below together with the adoption statement, the sustainability appraisal and the Inspector’s report.

 

Copies may also be inspected at the Rutland County Council Offices and at Oakham, Uppingham, Ketton and Ryhall Libraries during normal opening hours.

Copies may be purchased from the Council for £25 plus £1.10p postage if required.
