Conservation Area Appraisals 

Conservation Area Appraisals are being developed for conservation areas in Rutland to ensure that the elements that contribute to the special character and appearance of each area and which justify designations as conservation areas boundaries, are captured.

The adopted appraisals will be a material consideration when the County Council as a local planning authority considers planning applications within the conservation areas.
