Our Fees and Charges
Below you will find information about the current fees which apply to all searches received on and after 1st April 2012 .
Our current turnaround time for official local authority searches is approximately 10 working days.
Advance Notice
We are in the process of changing our back office systems and this may lead to an increase in our turnaround times.
Please note that we are unable to offer our expedited service until further notice, however all searches will be completed in the order that they are received and in line with our current policy.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
