Search Planning Applications

To search and view the planning applications, please go to our PLANNING APPLICATION SEARCH PAGE.

The council is currently finalising the implementation of a new planning search system.  You can access this using the link above but please bear in mind that work is ongoing to develop the system.  The information found should be correct, but if you spot any errors then please email planning@rutland.gov.uk or contact Customer Services on 01572 722577.

Plans and other images are uploaded in Adobe PDF format. To view these you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. This can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe's website (external link - opens in a new window).

Some files are also uploaded in 'JPEG' format. Most operating systems include software for viewing these, for example, 'Paint', 'Windows Picture & Fax Viewer', 'MS Office Picture Manager' etc. More details can be found on the Fileinfo website (external link - opens in a new window).
