You can make an online complaint about any development which you suspect is unauthorised or not being undertaken in accordance with approved plans (where a previous planning application has been approved).

Using the form below, you will be able to submit your complaint in order that we can investigate it.

Provided that you supply your contact details, we will be able to inform you of progress and the outcome of any investigation.

All enforcement complaints are treated as confidential and your details will not be divulged to anyone outside Rutland County Council.
